Jeremy Scott : Bart Simpson

I can’t explain why am I wearing a sweater when it’s like 30 degrees celsius outside but i pull through the sweat and heat.

What i have here is a Faux Jeremy Scott Sweater from the FW 2012 collection made by Jeremy Scott an American fashion designer, the creative director of the fashion house Moschino and a fashion line of his own name.

Processed with VSCO with a5 preset The Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2012 Collection features clothing covered in the familiar face of Bart Simpson. The iconic Simpson family has easily had more influence on pop culture than any other cartoon ever made.

It only took a bit over 20 years but the yellow cartoon characters have finally made it to the runways. I’ve had this sweater for a couple of years now and it’s about time that i strut this sweater in the light of day but lesson learnt, not when it’s blistering hot outside.

I’ve been loving Scott’s runway looks especially in Moschino the moment i saw this Bart Simpson’s sweater hits the internet.

Ever since Jeremy Scott has been designing quirky daring outfits for Moschino, he has built a reputation as “pop culture’s most irreverent designer”,”fashion’s equivalent of Andy Warhol”, and “fashion’s last rebel”.

Taking a street wear look, here I’m wearing black Levi’s Jeans with Navy Blue Converse to follow with the ensemble leaving the sweater, which all decked out in the grinning face of Bart Simpson as the shining star of this Clothes encounter.

The clothing featured in the Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2012 Collection masterfully combines beloved cartoon characters with high fashion.
